Maharashtra Govt. Pass a new bill to the "Live in Relationship". This Proposal Suggest that a woman who involved in such kind of relationship for a "Reasonable Period" should get a status of Wife and Man should be treated as Husband. This proposal is passed by Justive MallimathCommitte which said if any women or man are living together as wife and husband for a long period , then the man shall be deemed to get married the women according to customary rights of either party
