Big TV reaches Half Millions users in just 2months

Another Milestone Achieve By Reliance BIG TV (Bada hai to behtar hai)

Reliance BIG TV got half million subscriber in it's intiall two months which it self an achievement in such a competitive market where it has comptetion with india's another broadcast leader like TATA SKY, DISH TV and the new one from AIRTEL.

The reason behind the BIG TV success is it's high definition quality and it's name (Reliance) b'couse brand name always matter to get trust ...

BIG TV enabled with latest MPEG4 technology platform which offers double the no. of channels in the same transponder capacity in against of establish DTH (Direct To Home)players.


As per Mr.Arun Kapoor (President BIG TV)

- The company target is to get five million subscribers with in it's first year.

- At present they are running 200 channels and plan to upgrade it to 400 channels by next year


Future Plans of BIG TV:
BIG TV have plan to launch DVR(Digital Video Recorder) by end of this year and also plans to launch interactive cricket and interactive news in it by mid of 2009.
